I’m a fully qualified professional Reflexologist. I offer treatments from my calm and welcoming therapy studio in Beckenham.

Alongside my own practice, I am also part of a team providing reflexology treatments to staff and patients at University College Hospital in London, one of the top 10 hospitals in the world in its field. It's encouraging to see how complementary therapies are increasingly recognised for their role in supporting patients with both chronic and acute health conditions, as well as those undergoing surgery.

I've always been drawn to complementary therapies and the way they support the body’s natural healing. Naturally empathetic and creative, I spent many years working in the City and pursuing photography, but I knew I wanted to do something more hands-on and meaningful.

Having experienced the benefits of reflexology myself, I felt inspired to turn my passion into a new path. Today, I’m proud to offer reflexology with a deep belief in its power to restore balance and wellbeing.

I provide deeply relaxing and restorative treatments that blend ancient healing traditions with modern techniques to bring balance to your body and mind.
